MES Athletic Director User License

MES Athletic Director is licensed only to schools and not to individuals.

MES Athletic Director is sold with a limited district license. The license name is entered into the software at the time you begin use.

The school name is limited to a single school or district name. If you have a large district (Example 1: Metropolis School District has Metropolis East High, Metropolis West High and Metropolis South High. If you wish to create schedules, contracts, or other documentation individually for each school, you would need to purchase a separate program for each school.) (Example 2: Metropolis School District is comprised to Metropolis High School, Metropolis Middle School and Metropolis Elementary. The district has 1 AD with high school and middle school duties. The Metropolis School District name can be entered into the program the AD can establish high school and middle school schedules, rosters, etc.)

If you have a need to generate contracts or reports of any kind with a different school name, you will need to purchase separate program for each different school school name.

As a registered user of Athletic Director software, you are hereby granted a district wide license to install, without additional charge, the product on network and standalone computers anywhere within your district. The software may also be installed on the personal computers belonging to the athletic director and coaches.

This license is granted to use the software in its original form only only. You may not attempt to reengineer the software in any way including viewing, modifying or copying for the purpose of redistribution of any part of the software or opening any part of the program or any included files except through the user interface distributed with the software.

MES Discipline Tracker User License

MES Discipline Tracker is licensed only to schools and not to individuals.

MES Discipline Tracker is sold with a building license. A building is defined as a single high school, middle school, junior high school or elementary school. Any of these buildings may have more than one discipline officer and use the software on multiple computers within the same building.

Discipline Tracker is not sold with a district license. If your district has a high school, middle school and elementary school, and you want to use the software in all schools, you would need to purchase three (3) programs.

As a registered user of Discipline Tracker, you are hereby granted a license to install MES Discipline Tracker, without additional charge, on any numbers of computers in a building as defined above as well as the home computers of discipline officers.
