How
do I email documents from my Athletic Director program.
It is
important that you configure the PDF printer in your AD
software. To do this, go to the opening screen of
your program and to the File menu at the top of the
screen. Choose PDF Printer Preferences.
On the
configuration screen, check the Use Default Folder
Location box. At the end of the Location box, click
the button with three dots. This allows you to
browse for a location to save the PDF files. These
files have to be saved before they can be emailed.
You might want to create a PDF Files folder somewhere and
then select that folder as the Location. Once you
have selected the folder, select it and click OK.
Check the View PDF after saving box. Click OK.
Go into the
Contest Information screen and select a schedule. Click
the Game Schedules button on the lower button bar.
On the next screen, click the PDF button. You will
be asked to give the file a name. Do so and click
Save. This will display the schedule in Adobe
Reader. From the File menu on Adobe Reader, make the
email choice. This should open an email with the
schedule attached. If you receive an error, this
means that your email program will not allow
automation. In this case, open your email and choose
to attach a file. Browse to the folder you selected
for saving PDF files. Attach the file from there.

Can
I change the list of infractions and actions that are
already in the program?
You can
customize the program in a variety of ways. To make
changes in the default choices in the program, open the
Discipline Tracker software to the opening screen and
choose the Edit menu at the top. This menu contains
a variety of defaults that can be adjusted in the program.
Can I import student information from my
school's student information system into my Discipline
Tracker program?
You
can import student information in either a text or Excel
file. Excel works best because it is a little more
flexible. For a complete step-by-step explanation of
