To complete the installation of your software and make it appropriate for your state, click your state link above.  If your browser gives you a Run or Open choice, make that choice.  This dowloads the file to your computer.  If you had a Run button, you will get a run screen at the completion of the download.  If you had an Open button, you won't get this screen.  Click the OK button on the upgrade screen and the upgrade will be installed to your program and you will get a confirmation screen.
